Excellent and well priced
We sold our property with Stadium. It was a complicated property transaction due to a chain, our leasehold, and the building safety act. The staff, in particular Goran, Alex and Graham, were helpful, polite and understanding at all points of the process. Their rates were more competitive than the high street chains and they provided a higher level, bespoke service for us. We put our flat on the market with another agent (high street chain) and Stadium achieved a significantly better offer for us. They quickly found a new rental tenant for our buyers' flat, speeding up the process and saving us thousands of pounds. They helped us chase freeholders and solicitors at times when our own solicitors did not. Their hard work and dedication got the deal over the line. They were communicative, answering all emails promptly. Much appreciated Stadium, thank you!
