I am so disappointed with the customer service. I have ordered 2 dresses, 1 was perfect, the other does not fit properly, 1 asked to return it and was offered $8 compensation! This has been increased to $22, but this is less than half what l paid. I live in UK and bought these on understanding there was a warehouse in London, l am being told to return the dress at my expense to Dubai and once it has beeb received it will be refunded, however I need to send thus tracked delivery which is really expensive, l will not order from this company again

Do NOT purchase from this company. I ordered 4 dresses to try, on the basis of their “easy returns”. All the dresses needed to go back, so emailed the company who offered me a partial refund if I kept the items. It took another three emails before I eventually got a return address and each time they upped the refund amount and asked me to keep the dresses. I paid £24 for a tracked return to Dubai, only to have it returned to me a week later saying the address was incomplete (it was the address I’d been given) and it couldn’t be delivered! Another email resulted in a full dollar refund to my account but the exchange rate on that date meant I was I further £15 out of pocket. This is a very expensive and stressful way to shop. I definitely won’t be using them again!

I ordered what looked like 2 beautiful dresses 3 weeks ago. The delivery came fine a week ago, but the dresses that have arrived look nothing like those shown in the advert for them. I wanted to send the items back but no return slip or address provided, so I am angry that I'm out of pocket of £80, as I have no way to return them. I've tried to email the company but the email address does not exist, so it seems I've no recourse. I'll never use a Facebook as company ever again.

It is not apparent from the website that it is a US website so by the time you get to pay it is suddenly in US dollars and therefore there are extra fees incurred with your bank. But the biggest issue is that they wont let you return an item although it says on their website returns within 30 days. I bought one dress in 2 sizes as I wasnt sure which one would fit. I have now emailed them asking about a return and refund. They replied that they would give me a USD5 compensation but wouldn’t take the item back. I have emailed back saying I wanted a full refund as stated on the website, no news so far… I wouldn’t recommend this website. The dress is fine although the material feels very synthetic.

I am trying to return the items I purchased for a refund. The only response I have had was to offer me 25$ to keep them. Since then I have emailed them twice but have had no response. Their website states ‘easy returns’ but I think don’t think so!, Another email from them today ‘We can refund you USD$45 as compensation, could you kindly keep the order? If the clothes are returned, the freight will be borne by yourself. Shipping fee is very expensive.’ This information should be on their website!!

FRAUD! Calling the BBB: Don’t purchase anything from this company. If you need a change in size they charge you $14.99 or more for postage. If you want to return, they offered me $9 and I spent $150; and I am sure they will ask that you pay postage as well
