SsunuReviews of ssunu.com

Ordered 11/6 shows USPS label created but there’s nothing else. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I really wish these companies were vetted before being allowed to post ads on social media sites like Facebook. I’m very disappointed in myself for being naive.

So far have not received my two items, I was so happy they were made in America. But after getting my tracking information it’s coming from LA which tells me it is coming from China. I have been screwed before with these online ads that pop up on Facebook and fell for it again. I will never order online again. Everything I get from China is made for a child, got a swimsuit that a 10 year old would wear, ordered a pant suit for my sons wedding size 14, top may have been a size 6 and that’s what made the outfit fancy, can’t get it altered and the pants were 4 inches too long and I’m 5’11. Just trying to tell you all, do not order from these pop up ads they are all from China, they just put pretty pictures up there to reel you in.

This company has customer service but I cant reach them. I go to website they tell you directions that do not work. Please customer service contact me.

I placed an order early In November. I’m still waiting for my sweater supposedly made in South Carolina why is it taking so long!

I still haven’t received my 2 sweaters, ordered along time ago. I see on reviews it takes along time, that’s odd to be made in the USA.

This company is horrible, they claim they will return at a fraction what you paid for. The material is cheap. I paid $68.00 and they offered me $38 but I have to pay to have it shipped. SUCH A SCAM!!! I will report to the BBB and every piece of clothing I see advertised

These clothes are not as advertised! I'm now on my 5th email trying to get refund! They are now making small $$ offers if I keep clothes! This is not a reputable company. Scammers!

This company advertises that their merchandise is made in the US. However, if you need to make a return, they don't allow it and want you to ship to Dubai, where the postage to ship there is more than the cost of the item itself. Why would I have to return something to Dubai that shipped from the US? Also, the quality of material is nothing like it is shown in the pictures. The material is cheap at best. It's like a t-shirt material, not a heavy sweater as depicted on the pictures on their website or facebook. The literally offered me $10 for an item that I spent $50 on. They have a return policy on their website, but do not abide by it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
