Their products ARE NOT MADE IN THE USA as their website states. All Chinese with poor quality fabrics that you would get better in a supermarket for a fraction of cost. It has taken me 6 months to get a refund despite having to involve PayPal escalation. You would have no chance with any other payment. Nightmare. Told me incorrect returns address to close down PayPal dispute case. Buyer beware. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Great imagery but rubbish items and follow up.

Horrible return policy & not made in South Carolina - I was not impressed with the quality of the product as it was very light weight. And the label on the packaged clearly was placed over a Chinese label, so they are NOT made in South Carolina. I asked to return for a full refund. They originally offered $12 (and keep product) for a $80 order. I complained enough they settled on $40 refund and keep the products because they stated that to "return it to Asia" would be more expensive than what I'd paid. So clearly fraudulent information about where they are made. Their return policy is very confusing because in one place it says you have "30 days to return" but only if you keep reading do you see that it says they refund only for quality issues. I will not order from this company again.

Customer service is a scam! Their website say returns or exchanges within 30 days but that’s a lie! They offered me a $15 credit instead! Why do I want a credit for a $100 purchase when the tops don’t fit???? Despite numerous emails, nothing! This company is a fraud!!!!

I put a order in for $124 and another order for 39 dollars and $.99, I have not received this and it’s been over a month I have for you took it out of my account and I’m about to go to an attorney I have a rather large Christmas order of sweaters and leggings and I haven’t received anything! Received my shirt after 3 weeks, not at all like the pictures on line. Very disappointed and now trying to return for refund. Runs BIG

Product is too light weight for winter wear, basically a t-shirt with spray on design. I wanted to return or exchange the 2 shirts for sweaters, but the return policy is basically no returns. We have decided not to return the product and to never do business with this company again because the quality of the product cannot be gaged until it arrives and then it is impossible to return.

My order was slow to be delivered. The shirts did not fit. I asked how I could return them, and they said that I could receive a $14 refund and keep the shirts. I told them that was unacceptable. Bottom line, they refunded $36 -- far below the $82 I paid for them. Their return address is Dubai (although they advertise, they are made in South Carolina). I would not order from this company again.
