Ordered a Dress and Blouse; neither fits; colour faded, cost over $100.00. I have been trying to find return info. No where to be found. I’m out money and my Easter dress. Very disappointed,,

BUYER BEWARE!!! They will not let you return. My 55-00 top was a very cheap material and was to small. They offered me $11.00. Then after 2 weeks of back and forth emails I settled for 23.00. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

It is not possible cancelation order

False advertising! "Made in America" not true. And their website says "easy returns" which is also not true. You cannot return anything unless the product is faulty. Neither of the dresses I ordered fit me, and I wanted to return. They offered $25 as a consolation and asked me to keep the dresses. Ugh. I should have known better.

Very poor quality; took over two months to arrive; cannot contact service department to return items and get refund. Save your money.

Absolutely fraudulent organization. It has been over a month with no product, no tracking, and they have been lying as to why saying it is because I did not provide a phone number. There was no request for a phone number when I ordered and I have since provided it multiple times without any success. I keep being told to check back again. They company is disgraceful. Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere.

I’ve been trying since Jan 26 to get a response from them. First message said they’d respond ASAP. Have not heard back and I’ve sent several messages. I thought my order was from South Carolina that is wrong supposedlybcoming from uk. So now what I Ordered will not get here in time for Valentine’s Day hopefully the st Patrick’s day top will make it in time. When checking tracking was told it wasn’t correct number I checked and tripled checked it and it is what I put on form. I have sent messages to both the uk email and ssunu email. Very poor customer service.

This company is a sham! Says the clothes are made in South Carolina. They are shipped from DuBai. Cannot return for refund. I bought a sweater for $49.00. Took several weeks to arrive. Now I know why. When I requested a refund I was offered $3.00. When I complained about the amount, it was raised to $12.00. I asked if I could exchange it for another item I was told I could only exchange the size of the same item. What a ripoff!! I certainly will never order from this place again and would advise others not to!!!!
