I've been waiting over a month to get my phone case and screen protector. I tried to cancel the order multiple times and was unable to because it allegedly shipped. Terrible customer service. Don't buy from this company.

Also bought a phone case from them, and they claimed it was indestructible. Well, the hinge that holds the case together is so loose that the case falls off on its own. Its indestructible because you cannot use it. Sent them a message and their respose was "Hello, I'm sorry to bring you a bad experience. The human-caused reason is not in our after-sales range. If you want us to reissue one for you, you need to pay $ 15 for shipping." And then when I explained the situtation. "Sorry, the after-sales time has been exceeded." What a bs company and useless product. Do not buy!

Bought a 'virtually indestructible@ iPhone case in August 22. Pulled it out of my pocket in December 22 and the clip holding it together had broken. Their first repose was "Hello, I'm sorry to bring you a bad experience. The human-caused reason is not in our after-sales range. If you want us to reissue one for you, you need to pay $ 15 for shipping." When I said it must be under warranty they said "Sorry, the after-sales time has been exceeded." Their sale motto is "We stand by our service and strive for 100% customer satisfaction." Dreadful!!
