Squarefoot were extremely helpful when it came to identifying and showing us office space options that fit our needs and restrictions. We ended up seeing spaces that were much better fits for our team than when I was searching alone, and we ended up finding a space that worked for us within 1 day of touring.

I had never particularly cared for brokers, finding them to add little value or honesty to the real estate process. But while searching for new office space, we came across Brock at SquareFoot, and I cannot sing his praises enough. His competency, skill, and knowledge of the market was exceptional, and in stark contrast to the brokers we were originally put in touch with. He showed us all of the units that were available within our very specific criteria, including ones that never even made the radar with previous brokers. He was creative with our restrictions and able to suggest units, and types of units, that worked well for us. Further, he knew about critical, non-tangible information like the amount of time it would take to close, what the management prioritizes, what points they're flexible on, etc. Only a skilled and knowledgeable broker would have that much in-depth information. He also seemed to have relationships with pretty much every building and management company, meaning that he was able to get us tours exceptionally quickly and and negotiate excellent deals on our behalf. For instance, one of the spaces that made the final list substantially dropped the price multiple times because of Brock. Most importantly, though, he put in the work. A lot of brokers think they can just profit off of their monopolization of the process, but Brock took us on so many tours (luckily, scheduled in blocks for our convenience), was in constant contact with buildings, and always got back to us quickly. He was an exceptional resource during the whole process, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

Working with SquareFoot, and Brock especially, was an amazing experience. We went into the search not knowing too much about the New York landscape and came out with a beautiful new office space. Along the way, Brock was super patient and took his time in explaining each of our options. I highly recommend working with SquareFoot and Brock!
