Joe from SquareFoot made my first adventure in the rental commercial real estate totally painless! Love the app which allowed me to keep track of all the spaces we saw, take photos, take notes and keep everything organized.

Jarred and the SquareFoot team were great to work with. Communicative, friendly, and timely, they helped us find the perfect office by listening to our feedback and tailoring suggestions to our needs.

I reached out to SquareFoot online and soon after I received a call from Chris Dawson from the NYC office. From my other searches I had become a bit resigned to the fact that our firm was unlikely to find better office space at a more affordable price. I explained to Chris what we needed and within hours he showed us brand new shared office space at the Chrysler Building. Great space and we saved money in the process. What more could you want?

I worked with Owen from Squarefoot over a period of 6 months to move my company into our own office. Owen was incredibly responsive and on top of managing the different stages of negotiations. Moving is never easy, but thanks to Squarefoot my company now has our own space that we can grow into!

Dealing with Rob at SquareFoot was a pleasure. He was able to support our needs while working under our tight time constraints and deadlines. He was always responsive and professional. We were able to get our space rented and would definitely work with the Rob & the SquareFoot team again.

Brett was an amazing broker. Patient, understanding, fast-working, he was able to quickly understand our many needs with a diverse team and only show us places aligned with them. We were able to find an amazing office 4 months ago that has changed the culture of our team.

My broker was wonderful. He was patient, responsive to my needs, and never pressured me to make a decision until we found the perfect space. Then he negotiated down the rent with several free months and a shorter lease period.

Chris was great! Helped us along the entire process, was super responsive and paid attention to all of our needs. I'll recommend Chris and squarefoot to my peers and look forward to working with him/squarefoot as we grow.
