I ordered a sprocket and chain. A week later I get an email that says order canceled. No good reason just stating that I didn't order appropriate chain and sprocket for my build. Even though they knew nothing about my build. And yeah, I still need exactly what I ordered. What a waste of time

Prices are good, good selection of chains/ sprockets and supporting items. Their customer service is amazing with personalized follow up.
