7 of the 25 bulbs i received were dead. Two crumbled in my hands like petrified/dust.

it wasn't until after I ordered that I was told the item was on back order and would not be delivered until Nov. 11, which may be close to freezing at night. had I understood this in advance I probably would not have ordered.

Well the order was for Fall shopping. The tree rose which both I desperately wanted for Fall placement. Roses simply do no root or take in late spring or early summer. Much too warm! plus I can rate what I have not received. Your customer service was not able to speak English. not happy

Your website needs work. 2nd time I’ve gotten a gift certificate for no plants received or dead plants. Each time had to call for help using it the certificate. Customer service guy was nice.

I was sent to some app ‘SHOP’ to enter my info for a third time; advertised discounts disappeared. Free shipping disappeared.

I wish I had seen this website before ordering. I ordered 3 rose bushes for a total of around $100 plus shipping. One bush was shipped quite quickly from within Michigan and it arrived in beautiful condition. The other two were shipped from California and they were on the road for 10 or 11 days, so I received dying plants. Never again will I order from this place.

The packaging for these 3 forsythia "twigs" was horrible. The wonderful delivery service that you choose had them riding around in their truck for 2 days and then delivered them upright. Needless to say the piece of brown paper you put in the box did nothing to stop them from falling to the bottom on top of each other. If I had read your reviews prior to buying them, you would never have gotten my business, and won't be getting it again
