Terrible customer service, horrible policy - orders are always on back order, shipments are lost. Just a terrible experience

Still NO delivery.

I ordered the Monty blue spruce tree and then a week later you emailed me that it would arrive in February. Who wants to plant a tree in Ohio in February? Your site states that they will deliver your plant in prime planting season. FEBRUARY! I ordered 10/02 expecting a delivery before the end of November or spring 2027. Not February, what else is there to say.

I ordered a burgundy rose bush and received a white rose bush. Not even close and very unhappy.

3 weeks later I’m still waiting for my order to ship, no communication from the company. I hope they arrive before the ground freezes. Also I forgot to put in the free shipping code and got charged $25- when I called to ask for help, the only thing they could offer was to cancel the order, which I did. Who did that help? And then I stupidly re-ordered with the code and now I’m waiting sooooo long for the order. They seem like a family business but it’s clearly corporate from the lack of warmth in customer service. I’m disappointed.

The tree arrived. We opened it and watered it. By the third day, it was dead.

I can’t rate you if you haven’t even shipped my order yet.
