Plant was too small I hope it lives.

Tree was delivered very quickly, was tiny for the price, but healthy. We will keep it, it was a nice surprise.

I received my flower bulbs and planted them following your instruction. One bag contained soil and some roots but not a bulb. That was a prairie blues eyes day lily. I really hope that it will still grow!

Good customer service. They refunded my money as requested.

The computer inline system could be more user friendly. And when I want to ask a question about my order...... I don't want to go round and round with a computer..... I want to speak to a person.

The plant was well packaged. The shipper messed up the shipping and it took three extra days but my plant is thriving. So overall I'm impressed with Springhill. I had previously sent a one star review because it took so long to ship and reply to my requests but after that review the plant was shipped quickly. It's not Springhill's fault the shipper messed up. I'm glad they packaged well enough for the plants to survive.

The sale was a good end of season markdown, and it arrived quickly and in great condition. The product was smaller than expected. I always look for pot sizes or length of item being shipped but I didn’t find it and took a chance. (I don’t want my review or name to be public or shared online.)
