Well, my wife died in a March of 26.I was going through stacks of papers and found a list of gardening items, one being a gift card dated 2021.I called Spring Hill nursery and they very nicely helped me to be able to use the outdated gift card. Thank goodness my wife was good at keeping track of information except this one was deep in a pile of papers. Thankfully, I never throw things away. Spring Hill nursery is a wonderful place to buy beautiful plants and they are very helpful with information on planting and care.

Patience was a virtue. I ordered bare-root roses and they shipped them to us based on normal seasonal charts. Due to an unseasonably cold spring ... they did not last. They were freshly budded and ready to grow but temps stayed below freezing for about 35 days and I tried to keep them in the dark with the roots well-watered but long story short .. they shriveled up. After sending them pictures of each plant, they offered free replacement which I took them up on. Now since I had been waiting for 5 weeks already, I immediately re-ordered a different rose. Problem was now they were in the Rush Orders for summer. They could not give me a ship date. I am impatient , so after a couple of weeks I started calling again and they could not give me a date but were always polite and put in a 'rush'. It still took a couple more weeks but what arrived far exceeded my expectations. Very honest people and I am extremely grateful that I was patient !

I have spent about $600 at Spring Hill Nurseries over the past 3 decades and have never had a problem. I was able to order beautiful trees and shrubs not easily available elsewhere (Varigated Weeping Japanese Snowbells) that I planted on the four corners of my bridge. Never had any problems with service, delivery or the plants. Getting ready to order a lot of roses.

I ordered an extremely rare peonies from walmart.com and their vendor was spring Hill nursery. I've ordered a couple plants from Walmart and I have always been so disappointed but I thought I would take a chance because no one else was selling this particular peony root. A couple days before the order was supposed to arrive, I got noticed that the order had been canceled which was upsetting but understandable when dealing with rare flowers. Much to my surprise, when I got to my garden the next day there was a package. It seems to me that they must have run out of larger root and instead of charging me for a smaller root they sent me the smaller one and return my money. I am on a very tight budget and this is a flower that I wanted desperately and my appreciation for how this company handled themselves professionally makes Walmart looks good. Makes them look good. I'm just so grateful! So grateful I've been looking for places to thank them ever since!
