Springboard is an excellent program to start your UX career! All of the staff, whether it's your student advisor, mentor or I.T. professional are attentive to your needs. There is an abundance of resources and help if you need it. I personally, have had nothing but a positive experience from this program.

Everything about Springboard has been great for me! The only criticism I can think of is adding some paired programming exercises/projects. In job interviews I have had questions regarding teamwork and contributing to projects. I believe that's one thing Springboard can definitely help students prepare for in their careers.

I found the Data Analytics program at Springboard to be one of the best online bootcamps for two main reasons: the people and the coursework. The coursework had a great balance of helping you learn the key material for the field of data analytics, but integrated a great balance with career development that helped you not feel overwhelmed. The course had a tremendous balance of being challenging yet not insurmountable. The weekly mentor calls were helpful, I felt like my mentor truly cared about me and my progress, but did have weeks where they were too short in length. Springboard does provide you with unlimited on-call mentors, which is helpful when you're stuck or need some help. The other shining part of Springboard's structure are the people, which is a tad ironic (to quote Alanis?), but everyone was amazing. The Slack community of students is more connected than I thought or experienced in previous boot camps. My mentor, Laib, as I stated earlier, was engaged, encouraging, and flexible as illness occurred in my family. My student advisor, Sophie, was off the charts in her kindness and helpfulness. Her fingerprints are all over the program, and she is helpful and warm to all students. Her genuine kindness was with a strength to me throughout the course, and an understated - yet extremely important - presence at Springboard. Chris, one of the main content creators of the course, gave me personal encouragement on my progress and completion of big assignments. I am in my 30's, but that personal touch meant a lot. And I'd be remiss not to life up my career coach - Faren, she was superb. She made time for me, even when her schedule was stacked, to help shape my resume or cover letter for specific positions. She, like Sophie, Chris, and Laib, went well above my expectations or what I think was compensated by Springboard. The fact that the material was solid, instructive, and helpful, coupled with the supreme touch of caring and support (despite being remote), makes this an easy recommendation to anyone pursuing a growth or change into data analytics.

I have just started the UI/UX Design Career Track, and I'm loving it so far. The program is very extensive and thought through, and I can already see that I will learn an incredible amount from it. I'm an introvert, and honestly, the weekly 1:1 mentor calls plus career calls etc scared me initially, but everyone I've been in contact with so far has been super understanding, accommodating, friendly and supportive and I haven't been close to as uncomfortable as I thought I'd be interacting with everyone. So, if this is what's making you hesitate - take the leap, I'm sure you'll be fine too. Overall, I'm super excited about it!

Best and easiest decision I've made in my career. My mentor and career coach gave me the confidence and help I needed to finish the course and land a job before graduation. The curated content is strategically structured and well planned; any deficiencies were made up by my mentor, who provided information tailored to my specific questions, area of interests and projects through articles, github links and phone calls beyond our 1-1 sessions. I've been a Springboard mentor for almost 2 years and I can say that it's been one of the most rewarding experiences I had in my professional life. I am glad I can help others and learn from them too. Happy to be part of Springboard fam!

My experience with springboard was really good all the materials provided were understandable, gave me deep knowledge of each subject. My mentor was very supportive and her guidance was superb throughout. Because of springboard I could enter into UX Design with ease. Looking forward to learn more!
