Springboard helped me not only pivot into an entirely different career, but equipped me with both foundational and detailed knowledge on tasks and responsibilities typical of a UX Designer. I have now been in my first official UX Design role for two days, and already feel empowered to exceed my employer's expectations of a beginning UX-er, all thanks to the thoughtful and robust support from the Springboard team. My mentor and career coach were especially critical to my success and confidence starting out in this exciting and challenging field, and my student advisor helped me navigate the flexibility I needed from the course while I was dealing with an unexpected "life situation." In totality, this all speaks great volumes about the attention and care Springboard dedicates to its students at each part of their learning journey.

The experience so far has been amazing and well rounded. This is the third review Springboard has asked me to do, for some reason you guys dont believe me when I say I like the course. An LMS like Springboard is more than just the integrations, video content etc. It is the community and those that help propel the community forward. Sophie, my student advisor, and Shoumik, my mentor, have both been super supportive, knowing that much of this materiel is quite challenging for less technical people such as myself. Sophie has gone above and beyond to recommend solutions and to make the course work for me and for other students, she is attentive to everyone and makes everyone feel at ease. Springboard should seriously consider giving her a raise and a promotion. Shoumik meanwhile has helped me realize and rethink how to best find my niche, since success in the course and the career path also depend on consistency and perseverance. overall I give the course and Springboard a 5/5

I wanted to take online classes to expand my career and needed to have a flexible schedule so I could do it in the time I had available. I was torn between springboard and other bootcamp style platforms, specifically General Assembly. Ultimately I picked Springboard's UX Career Path because of the cost (less than half of the other options I was considering) but I am so happy I did, it has been everything I expected and more. The part that has made a world of difference is my mentor. Yes, you could find all the course information online if you dug deep, but the mentor advisor is worth every penny on her own. Not only does it help to get feedback each week, but she has given me so many "real world" tips that are not covered in the course work and I feel that she will make the difference in me being prepared to work right away. Springboard as a platform is very easy to use, you can track your progress easily and have everything you need in one place. My student and career advisors have been so helpful as well, every time I talk to one I have no doubt that all they want is for me to succeed. All-in-all, I would not trade my springboard experience for any other way, I cannot imagine it being any better than it has been so far. I'm so excited to finish the program this month and head out in the search of jobs because I truly feel I'm ready.

Springboard has been an excellent experience and changed the way I look at higher education. They have an excellent mix on online resources with videos, articles, Slack community for getting questions answered and engaging with students. The biggest benefit I found was the career coaches and mentor program. I loved getting advice from mentors who are in positions that I am looking for. The mentors help immensely. The career coaches also are great at working with you on resume, cover letters, interview practice and more. Lastly, the job guarantee makes sure that their curriculum and goals for the student aligns with the student ensuring the program is up to date with current job market and that you will get a job or else you will get refunded all your tuition. I have benefited greatly from the program and highly recommend it to anyone looking for career in the area they offer programs.

The building blocks are well designed in this course. Never have I felt that I was over extended in the expectations of learning. The learning path was highly supported with a weekly mentor who was very helpful in 'bridging the gaps'. Overall, I would highly recommend Springboard.

I've had a great experience and definitely set on the path to realizing my longer term goals in the area of Big Data and AI. Thank you springboard.

The curriculum is well defined. Each and every required info is written very specifically. Certificates after completing Data Camp courses keep you motivated. Regular mails for reminding to complete the next task in the course. Regular updates on articles related to data science. Weekly Office hours, where you can ask any question to experts. A valuable student community where you can discuss anything related to curriculum or jobs. Career counsellor is very helpful for professional profile building. Last but very important, your weekly MENTOR call, it is like somebody is listening to you, advising you correctly and stopping you to do that stuff which is not important. Overall, it's worth to join this course. If you have prior knowledge of basic python and statistics, it will enhance your pace of learning and understanding in the course.

I’ve had so much support throughout the program. I never would have been able to piece together my capstone project without the clear direction provided by the curriculum and my mentor, Luca Longo. Not only that, but Springboard is wholly committed to helping me thrive in the industry, encouraging me to reach out to people in roles in companies that I wouldn’t otherwise. I was surprised at the friendly nature of the community. UX is full of all types of creatives, and I count myself blessed to become one.
