They insisted I put in the wrong address. My package was delivered to the wrong city. Spent over $100, they never made it right. No refund, no materials. Nothing. Im just out $100.

I purchased spray paint from SprayPlanet.com, and unfortunately, it did not work as expected. Rather than offering assistance or helping resolve the issue, the company shifted the blame onto me, implying I didn’t know how to use the product properly. I found their approach dismissive and unhelpful. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. No meaningful support or solutions were provided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and will not be doing business with them again.

WORST customer service I've ever dealt with!!! He was very rude about the situation and said "they weren't a charity case" and to "let this be a learning experience for your son so he will learn to check the address he puts in"!! I didn't ask for your parenting advice I just wanted a refund or to have the product sent back to me! They charge 15% if you want a refund and $8 to have it shipped back out even though I never touched the product!! Will never order products from here again, OBVIOUSLY YOU NEED THE MONEY MORE THAN ME!! I read a similar review on another site.

Amazing products and fast deliveries. Sales and offers once in a while. Maybe they'll throw a few stickers as such too.
