Before ordering I was able to talk with Jane a customer service representative who helped me mix and match 3 different dresses to get exactly the styles I wanted for my bridesmaids. Jane also spent a ton of time with me trying to sort out colour swatches. To ensure I got the right color. When the dresses arrived they were beautiful however one dress was made incorrectly. It came as a one piece and my bridesmaid wanted it into pieces. I contacted Jane right away and she stated that she would have a new dress made for me within 20 days.
