Very strange practically non-existent customer service

Placed a order on 06/18/26, it is now 06/26/26, never received anything, contacted seller and this is there response, "We understand your frustration with the USPS delay. We have reviewed the tracking again, and the package remains in transit within the USPS network. Unfortunately, once USPS has accepted a shipment, we do not have the ability to control its routing or delivery timeline. Per our Shipping & Returns Policy, we are unable to reship or replace packages that are delayed while in transit with the carrier. For that reason, we will not be sending a replacement for this order at this time. If you would like additional information regarding the delay, we recommend contacting USPS directly, as they are the carrier currently in possession of the package and can provide the most up-to-date information regarding its routing and expected delivery." The package is not delayed, it has not even mover for 3 days, just another scammer, ripping off customers, that do nothing to help the customer.

Been using this website for over a year, my go to source for spores. They always have something new and never an issue with contam. I recently had the post office lose a package and they replaced my package without any hassle. It’s companies like this that make this world a better place and I wanted to let people know they are great! Peace🥰
