We are sorry to hear you did not receive your order. Your package for order #SPB14022 was returned back to us because the postal service was unable to successfully deliver it. At this time we see a full refund was issued on 7/9 to the original form of payment. Once again we truly apologize for the inconvenience.

After looking into the order further, the tracking does show it is lost in transit, the last scan was on 6/26 by USPS stating there was an emergency situation or weather condition that delayed your order. We have refunded you in full for the missing order. Please allow 2-5 business days for the funds to clear your account. We hope you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy during this time.

They keep sending me stuff I don't want & charging me for it! I keep e-mailing them and they won't respond. Worst thing I ever did was purchase food from them. Extremely frustrating.
