I placed my order in plenty of timefor Christmas an still have not recei ved it on January 4th. While I realize this Christmas has been a difficult one, this is completely unacceptable. I have no idea where it is and to my knowledge have not received any notifications, only asked for rating.

Toy not in bath bomb and looked cheap.
It was from my understanding that the toy would be inside the bath bomb. But they were in the box and the toys looked horrible.

Never got my package delivered, I got a delivered text and put in a claim into USPS but got nothing.

long ship time and damaged product
The site was user friendly, but it took over 2 weeks to get my product and when it did arrive it was open and half of the product was in the bottle.

Delivered to wrong address and would not replace product
I ordered a product with them that I needed rather urgently and it ended up being delivered to an entirely different address and state. When I contacted them about this (which is a hassle, by the way), they said they could refund me and that was it. Over a week had passed by this point and they were not even offering to replace the product. Essentially, it wasted my time and money and their next best offer was a 25% discount which they offer everyone anyway. I do NOT recommend this company.

At first I was so excited to try the product and you guys sent me a bar of soap instead of the floss for braces. Very disappointed.
