I dont care for the scent

They immediately charged my credit card but didn't ship the items until a month later. And that only in response to a complaint from me. Then they somehow sent me the package twice and then sent a label via email so that I could return the second package. I don't have a printer so I don't appreciate having to go to Kinkos to print the label and then to the post office to mail a package that they sent to me by their mistake. And they didn't even apologize. This was the first time I ordered from them and I think it might have been the last.

We expected the included toys to be inside the bath bombs. Upon reading the box, we saw they were just in the box. Disappointing but whatever. Literally small plastic Pokemon painted over with the wrong colors! And the bath bombs weren't impressive as far as bubbling and fizzing goes. They smell nice but that's it.

No timeline for product delivery after I asked their help staff a week ago and have been waiting for my product for 3 weeks. Now waiting to hear back after asking for a refund. Their website says delays are only about a week and that’s not the case at all.

I personally found the smells too fragrant and synthetic. Very strong. Can’t say what they smell like in the bath as I gave it as a gift. Great costumer service and speedy delivery but again just too unnatural of a scent.

Placed order and never got product. I waited due to Covid 19 delays but after 3 weeks I contacted due to no delivery. They had no idea when it would ship. After a 4th week I called again and still no info. Cancelled order.

Ordered April 14th. Still no order, no tracking - nothing. The website said order processing may be delayed 3-5 days.. but three weeks?!

No user choice on shipping, i would have liked to pay for a faster shipping option.
