I ordered my products over a month ago and still have not received them. I understand that things are slower now because of the virus, however, I have emailed the company twice and have yet to hear back from them.

Order never came. Placed it over 2 weeks ago. Customer service barely responded to questions and when asked when my item would be they said nothing but “we will send you an email when it ships.” No explanation for why it took so long, why the delay, etc. SO DISAPPOINTED! Was looking forward to the products I ordered. Very unfortunate. Would not recommend this place.

I ordered & paid almost a month ago and have still not received my product, nor have I received an estimated shipping date. I emailed twice and requested information on my order. Once they sent I generic reply email saying they would look into it, but I never heard anything else. Very disappointed, and still hoping my order will eventually arrive.

Never received my products. I disputed the charge through PayPal.

There is no update on shipping, I understand shipping is delayed due to covid but at least email your customers

Horrible service!!! I ordered my items over a month ago! Have yet to receive them!! But they were quick to charge my cc!! Waited for 2 hours and 32 minutes to speak to someone but never got through. Please don’t order from them!!

I bought the Ethique brand because it was eco-friendly and because I wanted to avoid single use plastics. I was annoyed to receive the items wrapped in plastic bubble wrap inside the box, completely negating my reason for purchase. Please consider packing the items in a bio-degradable material or I will not consider buying from you in the future. Thanks
