I have enjoyed my Spiro for a while! I am a yoga practitioner, and it is really helped me to go deeper into stretches. When my 85-year-old mother started having issues with sleep due to restless leg syndrome, I saw that stretching could help, so I bought one for her and she is loving it! It’s really making a difference in her life. I love Spiro.

I live in Switzerland, am 61 years old and my stretching was accordingly insufficient. I have been using the SpiroStretch for a few months now. The exercises help me to get a few centimeters further everywhere. And I realize how a flexible body leads to deeper breathing and an inner well-being. Thank you Elena, a simple but ingenious tool, I can only recommend it!
