SpiroStretch ToolReviews of spirostretch.com

My spirostretch arrived the very next day! I love the attached information sheet with suggested stretches. There are so many ways to use it!

I try to find time to use the Spiro for at least a few minutes every day (not always successful, unfortunately!) and it has helped a lot with my chronic back issues. I would typically have an episode every few weeks where I would move the wrong way, feel a "twinge" and then be in considerable pain for a few days. It's been months since I've had one of those episodes. Thanks a lot!

I love it. I need to get in a routine. I am going to put it by my bed tonight for early AM stretching, and before bed stretching. Great product! I bought one for my daughters, too.

After using my spiro, I feel so much better physically and mentally!

Great product, using it helps me strengthen my daily yoga practice!

Love my Spiro! It makes stretching so accessible that it has made it easy to build stretching sessions into my fitness routine. Elena is the best!

My yoga instructor uses these in her classes and explains their benefits and function. It is very helpful in targeting areas and focusing on those areas. It is also easy to carry and pack

How quickly I received it!
