credit card charged through PayPal which I do not use because I had trouble with it and the charge was $10 and some change more than the price and shipping. Still waiting order was placed on 3/10. Had I known they were out of the country I would not have placed the order.

My wife ordered storage containers, they were great! She ordered a bunch more.... it turns out there are 2 versions, one good, one worthless. Both containers are on both web pages. So they appear to be the same. Not so. After a couple emails, trying to return them, their solution was for us to give the useless things away and they would refund $7 (they cost about $40). The warehouse is in China, too expensive to return them, they said.

Ordered GearSphere on Dec 9th. It is Feb 1st. Nothing. Reading the rest of the reviews on here I guess I got scammed.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Never received my order. Unbeknownst to me supposedly the order was coming from Italy. After weeks of waiting for and tracking the order I contacted the company after they said they had delivered it. The tracking number they gave me was from China, showing NO journey through Italy at all. They helpfully ( sarcasm) suggested I contact my neighbors and the post office. SCAM, beware do not order from them!

I ordered these vegetable silicon containers on Dec. 9th thinking that they would be a good Christmas swap gift but they did not arrive in time. In fact, they were in Italy for about 3 weeks before even leaving that country. They do not tell you this when ordering. You get no estimate! I was spending another week at my northern address before leaving for the winter and I hoped I'd get it after Christmas and before New Years. NOPE. It is only today in Oklahoma and it's been almost 5 WEEKS! How can they stay in business with this horrible shipping process?? I told them to take it back. I am not even home anymore. I expect a fight with the credit card company. They were overpriced anyway (as another reviewer said)

I've been waiting for an order for almost 2 months, silicon containers. First, they're overpriced by about $20, and second, I didn't realize they're coming from Portugal........ My mistake, and I will never order from them again!
