Fraudulent Company! Buyer Beware!
I ordered an Infrared Sauna back in October. They charged me right away and I never received my product. I kept calling and the lady kept pushing back the date. She stated that there are 1,000 people ahead of me and I wouldn't receive my sauna till later in 2022! I asked to cancel and receive a full refund. I received an email stating that they were going to charge me $150 for shipping! My product was never even shipped! I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. This company is a fraud. I should have checked BBB website before purchasing. Many Many negative reviews. Buyer beware!!! Do not purchase from this fraudulent company!
