Maybe I should just stick to Swedish casinos? Most foreign casinos seem to be frustrating in one way or another but this one checked all the boxes. Really strange and misleading rules around bonuses. Complicated and slow withdrawals and a mail support that just stops answering if you ask to many questions I guess.

This new casino offered me a welcome bonus. While playing with the bonus I had a nice win of €1500,-. Apparently, I played on a slot that wasn’t authorised for play with bonus funds. I couldn’t have known this, as a fault in their system allowed me to play on it. They confirmed this in an email that it was their technical issue. To resolve this issue, they could have chosen a middle ground. Unfortunately, they chose to remove all winnings and leave only my deposit in my account. A fairer solution would have been to allow me to start wagering again from my large win of €1,500. Also; be aware that the maximum win whilst playing with a bonus is 5x the bonus amount. This is far below the average for an online casino. Are you looking for a good online casino? Look elsewhere and don’t play at spinko.com Spinko.com review trustpilot scam
