Customer support is aware of the issues but still are selling these packages they know they are not actually granting then shoot you a free play to make up for it when in all reality you want what you purchased!!!!! Not a free play!!! My agent name was Troy and it is now Jan 16,2026 and im still waiting on my issues from my Jan 7th 2026 purchases to be addressed. I have been getting the run around!!! You'll be banned from purchases if you win at all. They will put a $1 limit per month on your account and won't respond to emails if you redeem more than you spend. Don't bother when you can play CrownCoinsCasino, Luckylandslots, Chumba, Realprize, etc.. these are all reputable sites compared to this scam.
