They got my dumbass twice. The first one was probably my fault I thought I was buying a package that included Your "free" sc coins.. but I must have misread the first time and only bought the gold coin package which is like why because they're free why would I buy something that I can't even redeem for my money back or winnings anyways so I wanted to try it one more time and I read over and over and over how I would for $19 you get a million gold coins and 65 sc coins and I didn't get nothing but the gold coins. I was ripped off first time shame on me second time they're just simply a scam. Obviously I emailed them and I'm waiting to hear back to see what they have to say about it, but it was like a first time package pass stupid shit. I will spread their name all over the place on what scammers there and they're frauds that need to be brought down

I have put money in several times and finally got ready to cash out $1000 but wouldn’t let me. After sending several emails and not get any response I just kept playing till I lost all of. I don’t recommend anyone playing it.

If you win on Spinifite you better take your ass on and don’t try to play none of your winning back. They will take it all back ain’t no getting ahead with them. I had won 227 with a free 10 SC and it took forever for them to pay. So I decided to play a lil back, they done took all of that shit back. We’re about even I had played $80 so I’m good!!!! Beware!!!!!!

Was thrilled w this platform. Really loved it, at one time. A lot of bugs, but they are still new, and working on it. I get it. Then, (unfortunately) they started getting screwy w the games. I hit over 200 Friday, after grinding for several hours, and noticed the game I was on, celestial flame, wasn't popping the feature unless I paid for the bonus. I switched out to a few other games and noticed that all of a sudden, my ability to hit the right combinations for winning spins had disappeared, and every single game I played had stopped hitting. Bonus features were frozen and wouldn't hit unless I bought em, and even those weren't paying out. Spent 40 bucks each on one game and in return won 6, 19, 20 something... What the hell... and for one game, 3 hours playing and (according to the platform) about $1800 circulated through, and not one of the featured specials popped on its own the last couple hours... There's always the chance it was a server error I guess, so if they get back to me with a bs story about a server glitch and at least throw me a rake back % on the playthrough I did (again... Almost 2k played that day), even only about the level for newer lower level players in the platforms that offer it, which would be an insult, considering I've unlocked almost all their badges over the last couple years, would show the pretense that they supposedly care about the players' enjoyment level, not just how much they can skim off players, instead. *****†************************************* Update ... The 100 I already had cashed out with earlier that day? I received an email that it was finished processing. That was earlier yesterday morning when I received it. I still don't have my money... ******************************************* Another update... Spinfinite responded 3 hours ago and says their customer service team has been in touch... Not true. Only word I've heard is I'll have to upload ID again... Money still isn't available to play or process as redemption again, no rakeback, refund, or logical explanation for the game going for hours, and hundreds of dollars, and not one feature that I didn't have to purchase first... I don't call that customer service. Anyway, It's now the 17th, and the bank transfer still isn't completed. It denied because they didn't use ACH, and the funds still aren't available to me on any way... They aren't as prompt as they used to be with responding to emails either... Upsetting, as I was a huge fan and bragged about their site so often to people I know, and defended the glitches with them being a newer platform ...

I complained about the rigged golden gopher games several times that’s being used on this site. The next time a logged in they were all gone. When I started playing I had dead spin after dead spin and didn’t win anything. I emailed a request for my account to be close for self exclusion and they wouldn’t close it. When I threaten to report them to the state attorney’s office, they closed my account. I’m so happy, they are robbing the hell out of people and they need to be permanently put out of his business.
