I Honestly Like The Site It’s Just Support Sucks I’ve Been Emailing And Not Getting A Reply For My Redemption Update It Said It’s On The Way And I’m Still Waiting Other Sites Send It Immediately After

The Gaming platform is good. Love all the games they have. I did win 200+ but I can’t redeem because my account is still not verified. Customer service is my issue. I am still trying to verify my account. I no longer have one of the cards they want me to verify. So I am trying to reach out to find out what else Can I do. And I am getting no response.

Nothing but deadspins after deadspins. This is insane. Spent so much money here, when I did try to self exclude indefinitely they gave me some credit to play with which was gone in abojt 10 minutes because again, deadspins. Plus a small variety of games.

I was having fun at first but I’ve been waiting on my redemption for 10 business days and I’ve emailed them 3 times with no response at the end of the day idk if I would use them it seems a little weird that they say 72 hour redemptions and it’s been 10 BUSINESS DAYS not just 10 days 2 weeks for a redemption is outrageous and the support doesn’t email back or even say they have someone on it

I won 300.00 10 days ago and havent been able to get it. i was hopeful inn the beginning and i did everything that was asked of me but still haven't received my winnings. It is impossible to talk to anyone. Im not positive but i suspect all communication's are AI generated. it is unbelievable to me that in this day and age customer service is almost non-existent. And i really really want to believe that this casino is honest and that i will receive my money soon. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. UPDATE**UPDATE**UPDATE**UPDATE Well wouldn't you know the day after i wrote my review complaining about not receiving my winnings from Spinfinite I actually received them! Just in time too. So, thank you Spinfinite for being honest and creating a great place to play some games.

Awful!! I have been trying to redeem over $300 worth of winnings. They cannot verify one of my cards because the number is not on the front of the card. Well it’s my Apple Cash that does not have a card with numbers on it only electronic numbers. They keep rejecting it and support is not getting back to me. I have emailed them all the information with no response. They let me purchase with my Apple Cash but cannot verify for redemption? Starting to feel like I am getting scammed. Update: I was contacted by the casino and they apologized and rectified the issue crediting my account with sweepscoins.

To start off with I like the variety of games that can be played. I dislike the fact that I can rarely put in for a redemption of SC on the first try. I receive constant messages saying I need to re-verify my account that I have been receiving to. I emailed support yesterday stating I was having an issue and the redemption site wanted me to again reverify my information. As of 6:42 this morning Troy responded to me and said everything had been taken care of and I should put in for my redemption again. This issue has not been resolved and was not taken care of. I emailed Troy back this morning and stated the problem still remained. As of 12:22 this afternoon I have not received word back from support as to how the situation will finallybe resolved. Just be aware of it sometimes it takes 15 to 20 attempts to be able to redeem any SC. The frustrating part is the longer that this draws out, the more hours I have to wait for my redemption to hit the bank. I think that is highly unfair. 72 hour waiting period. Spinfinite, you’re a fun platform. Please do better!!

Tried them out, won $90 (extremely common with high min. cash out) was happy, went through verification to find out min cash out is 100. Lost all slowly and it truly ruined my night but thats gambling. seemed weird. Give me enough to get me happy i give you my information, then i lose the rest. That is SC folks. 5% win 95% are suckers and feed money cheers!
