Redemption is late and still has not come

Great games, hits were great, just the redemption process takes forever and a day! But eventually you do get your winnings

Nice game options.. the payout takes weeks.. and for some reason once I won I can’t play anymore games.. the app opens lets you add money but the games don’t upload

I'm still waiting on a redemption it's been over a week now since the verification started and have completed all the required steps. Since then have waited over 72 hrs for the funds to process and I have yet to see the funds on my card. The automated email response from the Spinfinite team is driving me crazy. A simple interaction as to why my funds are not to me yet and an appropriate response to me from a real human is what I would like. The games are awesome and a nice selection but where's the customer service the customer is always first. Hopefully someone gets back to me soon or my winnings. Going on four days now tomorrow is the fifth day of the 2-5 processing period.

I've been trying to redeem my winnings for 2 days now and I can't, my account is verified and I've contacted support numerous times and I haven't gotten any response, I thought after you get verified you can automatically redeem your winnings, why do I have to get clearance to get my winnings, the platform is a good one but the redeem process is ridiculous.

I like the site my only complaint is the waiting period when redemption.

The wins were ok, the redemption process was very tedious & took awhile but after the first redeem i think will go smoother. VERY NICE SELECTION of different slots of all kinds! Very unexpected win! THANK YOU!

Their redemption time is way too long. You have to wait 72 hours and then another 24 hours. And after that they messed up and tell me how to start the process over so think about that before you deposit your money there.
