I didn't want to write this bad review since I gave them a good review not too long ago BUT this site has turned to shit. Almost on a daily basis when I login there is an "error" pop up, and even when I finally do get in the games freeze up or the reels spin for 30 seconds before they stop. I have sent screenshots to them but they do not seem to give a crap. James use to answer emails quickly but now it seems it takes a day or 2 just to reply. They best site out there and without a doubt the fastest paying is Clubs Casino/Poker. They literally payout to your debit card within hours I even had a redemption in less then 5 minutes. Sorry Spinfinite but your site is now trash. EDIT. I just want to come back and give an update. James and his team has gone above and beyond to fix the issue and make me a happy player again. I have pending redemption until now.i keep canceling and upload my proof of payment because for some reason they always denied my proof of payment verification.it says on the email that my redemption has to be remain 72 hours”it’ll be 3rd day tomorrow. and finally it says your account is verified

I’ve won a fair amount on this site and when trying to cash out after being fully verified, they need to reverify my bank account. Wait what? Messages customer service, no response being it was a Thursday night and apparently they don’t work Friday-Sunday. I ended up playing it all back and requested a cool off which is my fault.
