Purchased a pack with a wheel spin on Wednesday. Was credited $190 with the wheel spin and played it up over $500. When I logged in the next day, my balance was $0! I contacted customer service and was told: “I apologise re your SC balance - please allow me to explain: On the evening of the 2nd you purchased Winfinite Wednesday for $25 and you were granted a wheel which was due to award you anywhere between 0.5 and 5 additional SC for free. The wheel malfunctioned and when you spun it - less than 20 seconds after your GC purchase - you were awarded 190 SC! I'm so sorry - it was a system malfunction and your balance has now been corrected to account for wins you incorrectly accrued as a result of the artificially inflated balance. Thanks a lot, Ben.” At the very least, they could have credited me for my two purchases, but instead they reset my balance to $0. I will not play on their site again. UPDATE: Based on their response on here, I emailed them. They never replied and it’s been 10 days.

Update 10/31 Finally got credit for my AMOE letters. Unable to cash out, the system repeatedly asks me to verify my information that was verified numerous times. Have contacted customer support multiple times with no response. Update 8/25/25: Still no response from customer support. Still no credit for my AMOE letters. Still no response after I provided the requested documentation. I've been trying to contact customer support for over a month with no response. I wrote letters for AMOE and they have held them as received but not credited. I also cannot purchase, and I provided the requested documentation and have not heard back.

I read the reviews for this game but I thought I'd try it anyway. Well I ended being able to redeem $250 I did al.the verification required but once I tried to redeem, well let's just say I kept getting the run around. I ended up reaching out to support. Well I waited and waited . In the meantime I wanted to play I ended up losing everything and some. I've played a lot of online casinos and this one is the worst! Im pretty bummed about it.

Payments may be blocked if a payment account has any of the following: lost or stolen card, chargeback dispute, or returned bank payment." for over a week. When I message support, all they tell me is "Unfortunately, this is a decline that has been issued by the processor and the banks - It is not something we (Spinfinite) are applying directly to your account. I am sorry that I don't have any further information or workarounds for you now. It's something that we're actively investigating." Obviously this is wrong because I am using three different cards and three different banks. I know people who use the exact same credit cards that I do and they don't have any issues. Saw an ad on Facebook about this website, and it was from a known gambling YouTuber, Brettski, so I figured why not give it a try? He said in the ad that it’s instant cash out, unlike the rest of the online casinos smucks. I was stoked to see it started smoothly, got a nice bonus pay, and then lost everything. I went back and tried again and actually won back what I lost, so basically a refund. Not a good experience, and then even after being told I passed verification, I have to wait 48 hours before redeeming a “refund.” Like this was a horrible experience, false advertising. It’s already bad enough that all I’m getting is a refund, but now I will have to wait 48 hours and 72 hours after redeeming it. I hope that karma comes back around and makes them pay double for the money people have lost that’s a tactic to scam people into not cashing out it takes seconds to deposit money but weeks to get your money that’s if you win anything. So if that’s something that you enjoy go for it by all means and I’m sure they’ll make up excuses on that payday to even if you lost $20,000 they can care less about more money inside their pockets.
