Still have not received money from my winnings it's been weeks and they still have not put my money in my account I've won three times I've seen nothing I don't know what's going on I don't think this company's reputable I just need to have my money put in my account but every time I email them they ignore me they keep ignoring me and I don't know what else to do but if I was you guys I would stay away from this casino there's many more casinos out there that are worth playing and reputable this company is not I hope everyone that reads this know that they should stay away from them I'm telling you they are not good read their reviews they're not good.

I've been essentially shadow banned from the site, getting hit with the message "You've reached your buy coins limit of $1.00 for the current month and cannot buy coins today," if I try to purchase coins. This message doesn't even make sense since I've spent only $180 total. Support has been completely nonresponsive. I guess they just ban whoever starts making money from their site.

The games are clearly rigged more than any other casino I have ever seen, It's nearly impossible to win. They blocked me from making purchases and refused to allow me to redeem my remaining balance.

The bonuses aren't even worth it; and to achieve the missions is doing way too much I deposited a number of times and am super disappointed having done so. You cant complete the bingo missions because there are not enough people to do any competition and they certainly take the $ for an attempt to play the bingo game despite it only being you to play they do not return the money; if its only you playing you would "win" your bet back; instead they just take and take and take and take....

Their support service is nonexistent. I’ve been waiting for the 72 pending hours to go by to redeem. Well today my redemption was returned to my account with no explanation. And I had another pending decided to cancel that one to add it all together. Now I can’t even add payment option for redemption. Feel like it’s a scam!!!! And now I’m out of 3 I will not be putting any more $$ into this site. Obsurd!!!
