Spinfinite.comReviews of spinfinite.com

So I was completely convinced that I had walked into the trap everyone of us fears and tries to dodge everyday with these gaming platforms especially since I had won a substantial amount on Spinfinite rather quickly and then came the pressure of the KYC verification process that looms over everyone's head at that critical point of redemption but believe me when I tell you Spinfinite is 1000% on point with there times and there response times when your getting worried because you desperately need money for everyday things when the world is so crazy right now they will let you know everything is okay and get you through the process peacefully. I am a legit player and a definite Spinfinite fan for sure. Thank you James and Caitlin and also Spinfinite for all your support and help

I love this casino. The games are just wonderful and exciting and my redemption was almost easy to get.

UPDATE just got paid from spinfinite, on a sunday. Verification was extremely easy also. My file verifyingmy bank so they had me take a screenshot instead. //// ORIGINAL POST BELOW///// So far so good. Deals on packages, customer support is quick also. Started my verification process. Ill update that and the redemption process when I know more

Cashout was smooth and quick, no problems. The redemption process is always fast for me.

I am giving this 3 stars. It would be 5, but I have yet to be able to redeem my winnings. I won $5000… I am getting No ACH option and I have reached out to support several times. NO RESPONSE. It’s an awesome site, customer service needs work. *UPDATE* They came through. Deposit to my bank was successful. This is one of the best sites out there. Customer service is tough to get a hold of, but if persistent, you will get ahold of them. They paid EVERY PENNY!

****UPDATE They responded within a timely fashion and went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate their assistance and have upped my review to 5 starts. I made a deposit of 99.00 and it didn’t display a message and didn’t appear in my balance, so I tried it again (stupidly) they deducted these amounts twice but never credited my account.

Love this site, very user friendly but getting error message when trying to redeem. If you’re reading this, can you please assist? Customer support is good, they just take a few days to respond which is normal for a social casino. Overall, great site. Just takes a while if you’re redeeming a bigger prize. (2k per day maximum)

This site is so much better with freeplays than Chumba, McLuck, or any other site! 10/10
