Spinfinite.comReviews of spinfinite.com

**edited my rating to one star due to classic bait and switch. Achieved minimum redemption with first $50 purchase, but since then it's dead. Won't be playing here at all, let alone daily.** As an avid daily player at 30+ sweepstakes casinos, I'll give spinfinite two stars(updates to 5 for good customer service and hassle free redemption) for the UI and the promos. Game selection isn't bad considering there's no more pragmatic in the USA. I just created my account, verified, and put in my first redemption request. Currently in the "waiting period" which any dedicated player knows is just them crossing their fingers hoping that you spin it back. I will come back and write a thorough, honestly rated review after I see how their redemption process and timeline goes. Not yet sure if spinfinite is going to make it into my daily play list. We shall see. Update: lots better places to spin and play. Try anything VGW(chumba, global poker , luckyland), the B2 sites(McLuck, hello millions, jackpota, etc), Wow Vegas or Rolla, etc. This place, spinfinite, isn't worth the spend.

So i have patiently been waiting for the $100 I redeemed on 10/13/25 i have been approved ect but now on the site shows no pending redemption money and I have not recieved it in my bank account im hoping that this is a glitch or something but recent reviews do not look good I await the responce to my emails. Edit: the deposit showed up for about 3 hrs on my account as pending then disappeared not sure what games this site is playing

Deposited money to play, then discovered that most games are not available in my area. Did not play a single game. I emailed and asked for a refund. I have not recieved a refund and they took my deposit off the site. Its been 2 weeks trying to get a refund or to get my money back on the sites account with no success. TROY is the customer service person and let me tell you, they take thier sweet ass time responding, but do not answer your questions, nor do they let you know what's happening. I highly recommend staying FAR away from Spinfinite.

Support is non-existent. They will only allow you to play if they are making money off you. If you are successful using their promotions and win they will block you from ever making purchases.

I have been sending in AMOE entries since July 1st. I have yet to be credited. I have messaged customer service weekly with no response. I would like someone to contact me so I can see if I will ever be credited.

Spinfinite seems like a great idea and option for gaming enthusiasts. There’s only a $10 minimum and lots a slots. Be very careful with your money. Don’t put a dime into it. I will not give you bad advice because I know it’s not worth it. Listen the max bet is $2.50 in one spin. When you try to redeem they will be unable and unwilling actually to verify your phone numbers. There will always be something they cannot verify and that’s not your problem it’s theirs. Don’t waste your money and time on this one. And I have never even seen even one table game of any kind in this either. I know but this game is not a winner for me. I just wrote about my experience but maybe I didn’t give it enough of a chance and that’s what happened and I’m editing this review a little more. They actually did contact me by email to try to help with my issues so that does show me they are caring and have a good customer service area to accept complaints. Thank you for this opportunity to offer feedback.

Very bad experience with redemtion. Had issue with veryfication of my digital card. It kept being rejected and rejected. I emailed multiple times multiple days and no reply. I have a redemtion and need that money but there is no reply and no help. Worst experience ever. No life chat and no email reply. Since you can not verify apple digital card since it gives different card number to merchants then its original number then why they accept it as a payment method knowing how apple card works. Advice to all! Avoid this site! I will definitely update here if they will ever reply and help me solve the issue! Yes was just contacted like the company says but still my issue was not resolved. Hope they will try to help. Will update again.

The platform and game selection is awesome. But the redemption process is terrible and slow. Secondly if you have a redemption in progress you are unable to purchase a gold coin package, unless you cancel your redemption. Thirdly customers support is nonexistent they don't respond to your emails I will have to stop playing on this platform in the future.
