I received an email letting me know that I had reached Bronze status and that I had 5SC waiting for me to claim on the website. I clicked on the claim now button to receive it but I was automatically brought to a purchase package page? This doesn't make any sense. I also have been waiting for a response on the Alternative Method of Entry letters that I have been sending out since June 30th. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

I have had so many problems with redemptions, they would get cancelled or not come in. I tolerated it because support mostly fixed it but now my account is blocked or something, I can't buy anything and my daily bonus is now worthless. One of my redemptions Im not sure if I ever even got and support has been silent about it.

This is literally the land of dead spins. Do not play this site. They hold your redemption for 72hrs. By then you just pull it back to play with. I spun on lots of games on here and very little bonuses hit. You will spin forever seems like. No payouts. The rewards are crap. When you buy a package it won’t give you the extra it promises or give you the extra wheel to spin. They will credit you $5 for it but what’s the point if you can’t hit on anything? Avoid this site!

So I redeemed $100 bucks on the 6th and I finally got the email saying that it went through but when I went to check my account...its wasn't put in there yet. Has anyone else dealt with this???

They won’t let you buy a package while you have money in your account. It’s a scam to get you to play through all your money without getting to the 100$ redemption. Good luck brothers if you use this app

I want to start by saying I really enjoy playing on spinfinite, but my experience with support and withdrawals has been absolutely horrible. I have played and had mostly no issues withdrawing up until recently. I recently won 18k, and as soon as I tried to withdrawal it denied me and says there needs to be a “quick account check” mind you I’ve been fully verified for a long time with no issues up until this point. Finally after days of emailing support I got an extremely short email saying I can withdrawal 2000 per day. Well, I was able to withdrawal 2000 one time, and now I’m back to needing ANOTHER “quick account check” and it’s been days with no response from support again. Long story short, my current opinion is just avoid spinfinite at all costs because there is absolutely 0 support for you if you win big or need any help what so ever. If they ever right this wrong I will update my review but I am doubtful. Currently wishing I had just played somewhere else that has the same games.

I have played 250.00 with of slots the first time I won 675.00 when I went to redeem it said it was under review of course I didn’t get to redeem y’all suck your the worst site I have ever played I wish I could get my money back but you don’t even have a customer support team.
