I was at the end of my ropes with my low back pain. I had seen a surgeon and even he said he could offer no relief. His comment was to lose weight and get some exercise. That is when i happen to see the Facebook post about Spine on Line with Nick Hawley. Nick and I connected via Facebook so he could tell me about his program. During the zoom meeting he outlined the 12 week program but said I had to be committed to follow the program. I thought about it and said i would. He set me up with weekly programs to follow with links to demonstrate the stretch’s and exercises. I began to feel results after several weeks. He continued to change up the program and we had weekly zoom meetings to follow-up on the program. Nick is a wonderful person to work with and his program in individually tailored to your specific situation. The 12 week program seemed to fly by and I can say I feel some much better than when I started. When i started i was at a pain level of 6-7 and at the end I was done to 2-3. Not perfect but I feel human again. I can’t say enough good things about Spine Online and highly recommend this program. I went to pother PT programs but nothing compared to Nick. It was well worth the money. I have been finished for about 6 weeks and I am committed to doing the program he outlined for me every morning after I get up. 100%recommender Spine Online.
