Good product, good service. Not sure I ordered what I wanted. Previously ordered Chipotle Powder. Was awesome. This time 2 choices. A little confusing.

I love the variety of spices they offer. Price is okay, not cheap but not extra expensive either. Last time I ordered, everything came in containers which take up less space to store spices. Now I have to buy containers. Otherwise service is great, shipping is quick and spices are amazing.

I recently placed an order, which I am happy with what I ordered. However, the 'free' pumpkin pie spice was cut down the middle and most of it was in the box. So much for the 'free' spice. Otherwise, the rest of the order was good - I shared some of the leaf sage with my friend and she was pleased, too! Haven't tried the other spices but I'm glad to find the larger packages of spices and I will probably order again in the future! Thanks!

They did a great job of responding to my email when I was looking for my order. I had asked for a rush shipment and paid extra for it, and when I didn't get it as soon as I thought I should, they called me within minutes of getting my email and refunded me the shipping difference.

I'm a busy person. I work crazy hours at a startup. I also cook every meal at home so I don't have a lot of time in the end to go to the store. This was a great experience and the product quality is good. The packaging is ok. It takes up a lot of space in my kitchen. I would really like to be able to order a bulk set of spice jars as well to go with my bulk spice purchases. I know you can order some spices in their own container, but I'd like to see another option for spice storage available on this site. Thanks!

Wasn't very smoky!!! However, my overall experience was great with the ordering, shipping, timeliness of the delivery, etc. I would order again and recommend to family or friends.
