Payment is 30 Days after invoice, what a joke. They literally making money from the client and myself to fund their interest and want you to put up front costs in the most expensive countries. Avoid like the plague if you’re a contractor, there are a waste of time and no wonder jobs with National Grid and ESB are not taken with this agency as they rip you off.

⭐ 1/5 Extremely poor experience with Spencer Ogden on a European project. After completing my professional responsibilities, I faced serious payment issues, unacceptable communication and a complete lack of accountability. The umbrella companies working with Spencer Ogden added further problems, with poor coordination and responsibility being passed between parties instead of issues being resolved. This is unacceptable contractor management for an international recruitment company. Based on my experience, I would not work with Spencer Ogden or their umbrella companies again and cannot recommend them to other professionals
