Scam! Item sold as GIANT was delivered to me and it had 10 inches. Costumer service refused to refund me and I had to open a claim with PayPal do not waist your money

This a scam do not buy, there is no email support for questions about orders. I purchased items and still no email confirmation nor items shipped, no support email no nothing.... DON'T BUY ANYTHING

What a SCAM!!!!!! I ordered the Soft Brown tanning cream from ''Spellternity'' buy 1 get 1 free & I paid £17.69 for 50ml size cream only when it arrived today I only received 1 and worst of all it was a 50g size tub which won't even cover one arm!!!!!!!!!!! Tried to get in touch with them THERE IS NO CONTACT INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered wide leg jumpsuit with pockets 2 months ago, still haven't received my parcel. Been contacting them for over a month saying my tracking wasn't updated. They claim to ask the company to update the tracking and that's its still in transit although it says it passed all costumes and it makes no sense. I believe this is a complete scam! Don't order from them!

They said my package was delivered. It was not. They said the package gets destroyed after being returned. They blame the shipping company, which may even be a fake website. They are asking for my bank info via a pay pal account to resend the item or to have the money returned.They either want me to pay for shipping of a new item, or pay a fee to get my money returned. Customer's services only tells me to pay but wont tell me how much to get my money back. Very bad company and possibly scam.

I saw the advertisement on Facebook You will be browner using this cream….. I know never believe it…. But I did….. I brought 2 set, 27.March they took 2 payment I thought great it’s on the way, I have never received any emails to confirm order, And I have not received my item 39.82 pounds was taken out the 27.march 40.91 pounds was also taken out the 27.March I have email the company and not heard anything back 😡😡😡😡 This need to stop

I ordered a 24 day elf kit last October and still have not received it almost 6 months later. They kept telling me to wait and be patient and then stopped responding 😒
