I am very thankful for the great customer service and going above and beyond by this company. They ensured a project would be completed in time and they stood by their words. It was delayed in shipment and I worried it would not arrive in time, they took care of a new order production and shipped it out next day with an expedited delivery so I could have it in time by the promised date. Thank you very much for helping me out and allowing me to have the signs in time for a big event.

I accidentally sent in the wrong picture and immediately emailed and sent the right one. I was nervous the wrong one would be used but the company emailed me back right away and was able to resolve the issue. My memorial sign came out great. I was also surprised it was wood and not plastic. I'm very pleased with it. It also was shipped right away, I think I got it within 3-4 days.

The sign looks great only there are no holes. Now I have to find someone who can put holes in it to hang. The last one was shipped with holes.
