Amazing customer service
I placed my order with this company on December 17th (a Saturday) and chose 1-2 day delivery (at extra price) I was informed my items would be shipped out on the 19th (Monday) received my tracking info that I wouldn't receive my package until Friday the 23rd. I promptly emailed their customer service and got a a very friendly reply in under 20 minutes apologizing for the inconvenience and asking me to email back once I received my package. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future just based off their customer service (also had an amazing live chat person help me pick the right products) Great products, prices and replys, what more can you ask for?
