I had six files to be transcribed, several of which were focus groups with six participants. The service from Speechpad was fast and efficient. I am very pleased and will use them again!

Speechpad just finished the first closed captioning project I've done with them. The accuracy of the transcription was spot on and the turn around time was highly impressive, well over-delivering on their stated guaranteed turn around time. I would recommend them without reservation and in fact already have.
