THEY ARE SCAM.
THEY ARE A SCAM. They charged me $164.99 through a third-party payment processor, Paddle.net. I never received any email about it and had no idea what was going on. When I contacted them, they confirmed that the charge was associated with their website. However, I have never used their website and never provided my card details. I requested a refund, but they keep asking for my confidential personal information. I already provided the transaction reference number, the date, and the amount. They also clearly have the email address associated with the charge and already confirmed that they located the transaction. Despite this, they continue claiming that they need more of my personal information to locate the charge, even though they have already confirmed that they found it. This is highly suspicious. Stay away from this company!
