SpatialsleepReviews of spatialsleep.com

I’ve been using Spatial Sleep for a few weeks now, and I didn’t expect such a noticeable change in my sleep quality. which my cousin brought it from US for me. The soundscapes are genuinely calming and feel different from typical sleep apps. It’s not just white noise, it actually creates a sense of space that helps me relax faster and fall asleep without overthinking. I’ve also noticed fewer interruptions during the night. The app is simple to use, and I like that I can just put something on and not worry about tweaking too many settings. That said, I’d love to see more variety in sound environments and maybe some personalization options based on mood or sleep patterns. Overall, Spatial Sleep has become part of my nightly routine, and I’d recommend it to anyone who struggles to wind down before bed.

The product is interesting but if you sleep with a partner, they will want to throw you out of the room because of the buzz. The company IMHO didn't properly assess the design of their product. People don't sleep alone and asking them to put up with an annoying buzz for 45 each night when they're trying to fall asleep? I'd say a no go for most people. It certainly was for my husband and I. Seemed like a appallingly poor product idea. I took the company up on their return policy. It took them 5 weeks from the time I shipped the product back to refund me. I consider that deeply unacceptable.
