Had the pleasure of dealing with the Spartan.ist team recently. Ordered a saddlebag off Amazon for my motoercycle. Had a problem with the order. A call with Amazon's customer support was a waste of 35 minutes of my life. Eventually talked to the guys at Spartan.ist and they sorted the problem out quickly.
