Horrible customer service, constantly scheduling incorrect deliveries and charging me then it takes month of calling and talking to them and not getting anywhere wasted sooo much time with them extremely frustrating

Was not given credit for empty bottles and billed for items that we're not received. The worst customer service. One month late still no resolution. Discontinued service but they continue to bill.

They didn’t deliver and would not deliver next day after they missed delivery . Their water has some residue in it as well. I thought it was supposed to be clean

We have not been delivered water for 3 months. Every month we get a new excuse of why the delivery did not happen. I've been a customer for over 20 years while they have experienced multiple buyouts & mergers. The service seems to get worse every year and after every buyout/merger.

Wouldn't bring water in the middle of wild fires because they said my account had been suspended after I changed my credit card. Horrible!

Sparkletts constantly changes delivery dates, which is irritating, vexing, and frustrating. I was told delivery would be on a certain date, and suddenly, it would be canceled. I called customer service, and they were helpful and professional, but they were the intermediary between the customer and the delivery unit. If I had know about their water delivery failures (miss dates and communication) I never would have signed up with them at Costco.

For the last 4 years, I have had water delivery from sparklets. 5,5 gallon jugs once a month have been delivered next to my garage door. On August 22nd I had a scheduled delivery when I arrived at my home. I realized the 5,5 gallons of water. We're placed by my mailbox and my empty bottles were up by my garage, where they've always been. I called to complain about this situation and I was told they would rectify it on friday, the 23. They would pick up the empties and bring the 5,5 gallons up to my garage. On friday morning, someone picked up the five empties, but failed to bring the water up from the street. When I again called to complain, they told me they were unable to get to my property. Because the gate was locked.I have no gate on my property, never have. If there was a gate, how were they able to pick up the empties? Now they're telling me they can't do anything until next week sometime.
