I placed a rather large order and all of the items arrived separately (which is annoying in itself) and one item never shipped. Since I never received an update on this item, I reached out to their customer service department to inquire and they said the item was out of stock and when they issued a refund they did not include the sales tax. Additionally, one of the items arrived damage and after I sent them a photo they said that they carefully inspect their items before shipping and that the damage was caused by a scissors cut (basically insinuating that I cut the shorts when opening the package which is not true!) and would not issue a refund. The item is unwearable and I have lost the money. Very disappointing customer service experience all around and will not be shopping here again.

Worst customer service for online retail. After returning 2 items (one had arrived damaged), the company only issued a refund for 1 item and withheld the processing fee. Customer service refused to help saying they would donate the other item since it was not eligible for return despite their system allowing me to process it. Horrible! I consider this theft. Avoid!

Dette er ingen anmeldelse, men er utryg over et produkt, jeg har købt gennem South Moon… Det er et middel mod støvmider, som skal sprayes på seng, møbler osv.. Det kommer fra Kina, men kan man stole på at det er lavet af urter og totalt giftfrit, som der står skrevet.. Er der nogen som har erfaring med dette produkt eller lignende?? Mvh Pia 🎄⛄️🧑🏻‍🎄🎅🏼

I’m extremely disappointed with South Moon Under’s poor customer service and unprofessionalism. I purchased an item just an hour before a sale started, but they refused to honor the 30% discount, which would have saved me $69.99. Their strict, inflexible policy is unreasonable, and the dismissive, rude response I received from customer service made it clear they don’t value their customers. I won’t shop here again and will share my experience with others. If you value fair treatment and good service, avoid this store—they clearly don’t care.

Købte 3 stk nail care pens mod neglesvamp. Har nu brugt 1 pen morgen og aften i mere end 1 måned. Totalt uden effekt på neglene!

I am just a person who likes to shop and I recently purchased a Free People Bunny Sweater from South Moon Under. I had never heard of this store but noticed they had multiple locations in the US. They had the best price and seemed legit so I went forward and purchased. I am happy to say that I got exactly what I ordered at a great price. The shipping was about $8 or $9 so that is factored in but it was still less to order here than retail. I am a happy customer.

My item arrived quickly and in good shape! I gave it as a gift and it broke very quickly (due to manufacturer's defect), but the customer service immediately gave me a refund. A great experience- I'd order from this company again!
