Would give this place a no star if I could. Out of 10 trips and Thousands of dollars I can give an honest review. First the rooms are nice and the buffett good, but they are way over priced. The slots are set to almost no payout odds at all. I would find me another place to go if your not looking to be cheated.

FB advertised Arkansas residents receive $1500 bonus first sign in yet directed me to a diff site which required a register to receive bonus, a site which requires electric bill, id photo, credit card form and never has allowed me to use Southland casino and my money is hostage.

Hello my name is Sedric Hines I went to Southland Casino steakhouse to take my wife on a special date the view was nice but the server and food we had was burnt and cold, we had water but no refills on the drinks the server spent to much time not tending to use where the other servers had to help the manager just walked around without showing any compassion for the poor service I love that casino but please stay away from the steak house

Thank God for the woman that works the front desk(Ms Bernarshae) My husband was dog tired and lost his room key. So, he couldn’t bring our luggage to the room. He asked for assistance from Ms Bernarshae and without her help he would have had to go back to the car to find his room key. So, thank god for her and we appreciate her being so helpful.

Review on southland online casino .. I've never gone through so much to verify my identity. & I still can't cash out my winnings . They strongly encourage you to use crypto. They took a picture of my driver's license, along with a picture of my credit card & a picture of me. I did all the steps & was approved! & accepted. They tell me I have to send all that information to them by email when they already have the information. Now I'm supposed to send all that along with a bank statement & a copy if my electricity bill. It's horrible. You cannot collect on free spins until you only have a $5 in your account! Don't waste your money or time here. Seriously...they want blood! I'm not giving them anymore information. I probably gave them too much already! I hate this. I'll never be able to collect the $1500 !

Southland Casino Racing Address: 1550 North Ingram Blvd, West Memphis, AR 72301 01/17/2021 18:00 A professional slot machine player gave Southland Casino a try. The Buffalo Grand did not pay out as much as the ones located at the Horseshoe Casino in Council Bluffs, IA where I won my Progressive on the Buffalo Grand of $18,000. If we were to compare from the Horseshoe Casino to the Southland Casino, I highly prefer the one in Council Bluffs, IA because there is a 95% higher return on your investment as suppose to this casino there is only 35% return. I saw a large amount of players at the Southland Casino but no one was winning a Jackpot nor it was announced officially thru the speaker! At least, at the Horseshoe Casino of Council Bluffs, IA. A winner is announced more frequently because the chip that controls the slots are up to date to maximize the player's chance of winning. After all, the winners will help the Casino to lower their taxes if they were to win a major Jackpot! It looks like to me that the house at this casino pockets million of dollars in profits each year but would give out very little winning or none for that matter. The house does not practice fair gambling but is only aiming at getting super rich. All the black customers at the Horseshoe Casino were complaining about not hitting a single Jackpot due to past ulterior motives in our communities have finally put a permanent curse on every black residents. God has prevailed on those who have committed million of dollars in damages to our communities and on those who have brought us the Ultimate death of the COVID-19 infection. Due to God's actions, the majority of blacks, Chinese, and Hispanic residents are less than likely to win any major Jackpot. The Casino will take it all back from those who did us wrong to our communities so the rest of the hard working U.S. American citizens can enjoy some additional perks to help them cope with all the COVID-19 restrictions and loss of jobs.
